Doll names usually match a head rarely the body. Sometimes people get to know a popular model by a name. Most of the time it doesn't mean anything.

I'm gonna say as far as getting the doll you want this is def the model you're looking for and the price advertises on both sites is similar. That's a good sign without going into a lot of details as to why. Short version is SY Doll is making a lot of cheap dolls and some knock offs. This is clearly a niche model they've made which works in your favor.

The only doll I can think of that's close to that is the WM Doll you posted here >>43552324 or picrel which is an SE Doll (I don't know the model name but you can find it I'm sure). SE Doll will probably be a higher quality doll but if you like the other sculpt better then that won't matter much.
