I can't really get over ハルノユメ by Ziki_7/Oiko, I haven't the slightest idea what you would call i in terms of genre. Its obviously not what OP wants, more likely to put you to sleep, but I think its worth sharing.

OP, play the games soon. The fandom is fun sure, but its less interesting while you go through going "oh, its that other shrinemaiden girl" Rather than seeing firsthand the portrayals and connections of the characters, and how the fanbase perceives them.
