I'm actually not surprised to find that the calendar for the 14th of June had something wrong with it. Whoever tore-off the 13th of June did a pretty bad job, so it brings that particular day to our attention. Rika mentions in episode 21 that Satoko is the one who likes to tear off the calendar, so I was thinking that maybe Satoko is really tired or in a bad mood the morning of the 14th? The 13th is the day the club do the scavenger hunt, the day Satoko gets punched in the face by Rika's trap. After Satoko gets hit by the trap, Rena says that she wants to go lie down in the nurse' office and Satoko leaves with her to go wash her face...

It fits. I don't think we should worry about the time of birth, unless there is some obscure line in the VN somewhere that tells us Rika's birth time. If it exists it'll be when Hanyuu mentions she was there by Rika's mother side when Rika was born.
