Yuugi is pure broken against anyone who doesn't have natural strength (Suika, Yuuka, Kanako, Komachi, Shou, Momiji, and Youmu). Just accidentally away Sakuya's power, and instakill her with retard strength.

From what I can tell, they're probably strong enough to match UFO/TD Marisa and Reimu (assuming that Marisa and Reimu are getting stronger with each release, which I'm pretty sure they do). Would probably hand Sakuya's ass to her, unless Sakuya has also gotten stronger.

tl;dr: You shouldn't judge a character's strength on their stage/ability, as even stage 1 bosses can be stronger than certain final/extra stage bosses (Yuyuko, for example, is probably the strongest character in game, when not fighting immortals, and is a stage 1 boss).
