What if MGE took western designs for various monstergirls instead of eastern? A few things I can think of easily are Orcs and Goblins having green skin, Orcs having their pig traits replaced with tusks, Dark Elves would be grey or pale white instead of brown and all lolis getting replaced with shortstacks. Assume only appearance changes and nothing else.

Since the Monstergirl Encyclopedia equivalent of the western green orc is the Ogre, do you think that more detailed fanart of Ogres should have tusks?

The "Barbarian" class in games of D&D and derivatives would be more appropirately called a Berserker class since so-called "Barbarian" tribes would need other classes - including standard Fighters - among their number so no class is off limits to him.
