Sadly, most of the time belly play is not the main feature of doujinshi.
And some covers may trick you into believing there is a lot of kneading, but there isn't.

So I think the best course of action is trying to look for characters that attract meat enthusiasts (like mimura kanako per example).

You should also look for artists/groups that draw bellies the way you like them, even if the content may not feature anything more that a single frame of fingers sinking in a soft tummy, like french letter, mojarin, henreader, TEC, petenshi, meltdown comet, Marked-two... (there may be lots of kneading and belly sandwiching for some of them) or specially slender midriffs like the ones from UDON-YA, master ashito, or the turgid pot bellies like yassy's or ogata's. Identify your tastes and search accordingly.
