For chipping:
Put your non-armored carrier on FS and w/ FCF.
In 6th slot, you could either have Akizuki-class or Yura as seaplane mule.

Also, ignore the setup on Abu and 2DD in the pic.
You need 2 (or 3) oASW ships. The other ships could be either DA or CI setup depending your preferences.
