I wonder about that. Takano and Satoshi are the only 34 characters on the gameboard and Takano managed to trap Rika for a hundred years. When Satoko became a witch, all of Takano's willpower suddenly left her (not just because of her memory leak) and then Eua says pic related.

Lambda may have been chasing Eua for the same reason why she's currently chasing Bern. Her obsession seems to lie at her character's core.
