>Work was tough today. Your head was pounding like a precussionist on speed, your legs were weary as if you ran a marathon.
>You approach the front door and rummage around for your keys, it was exceptionally late and you thought it best to enter quietely as Kronii may be asleep
>You gently push open the door and all of a sudden are tackled against the wall
>Kronii had been waiting for you, her ample bossoms pressed hard against your torso, her arms wrapped tight around you making it hard to breathe.
>She has her eyes closed and a wide, content smile on her face
>nuzzling your chest, her two sprigs of soft blue hair whipping your nose
>You proceed to hug her in return, she squeaks slightly from the affection
>After a minute or so she pulls back, letting you finally breathe.
>"What took MY dog so long?" she snapped, cheeks still flushed in embarrassment. "I'm starving! Make dinner already!"
>She marches back to the living room, you contemplate for a minute, this woman really is perfection
>Smiling to yourself, you walk to the kitchen and for the first time today, your head was finally at peace...

>Storm passes through one day while Kronii's streaming and cuts the power
>you hear her visibly upset because she was only a few dodges away on the Thunder Plains from getting the Venus Sigil
>you ruffle her hair and joke to her that she could have seen that coming with her powers and avoided losing her progress
>she makes some off-handed jokey comment about how she's going to have a talk with Fauna later on
>attempts to dodge the dread: being a warden of time doesn't grant her dominion over space, you have no idea how much she has traveled physically and how many different timelines she's had to experience before she found you, and now that she's with you, she wants to drink in every moment, good and bad, and even she acknowledges going back in time is self-serving for her
