Eh, probably not? Even the most top-tier singers in the world eventually use voice correction in performances, even if it's just for the purposes of preserving their voice on tours and such. When it comes to Hololive and the whole "idol" thing, you can bet that even if they aren't good singers they're gonna get some sort of voice correction so it doesn't sound bad. Practice helps, but if they practice a little the rest can be solved by the audio guys.
