but the descriptor still applies to youkai, as Yukari, and every other youkai, have been regularly shown to be physically young in canon
the fact that ZUN declared all youkai shapeshifters to justify them all looking like cute girls further reinforces this
and even if they somehow did age, it'd be slow enough to render it moot as far as human lifetimes are concerned, she'd look the same at your deathbed as she did at your wedding, if she allows you to die at all

while Yukari may have once been human, she has not been so for well over a millennium, so any scrap of humanity has long since died and become Youkai
