I'm a little late here but okay.
She lives in a small comfy house deep in a forest and it only counts as her own mini demon realm because there isn't really anything stronger around to claim it otherwise.
Being a Dark Mage, nymphomancy is naturally her preferred school of magic but she's also pretty good at alchemy, always keeping a few potions in her coat pockets just in case.
Her lipstick is enchanted with powerful charm, aphrodisiac and pleasure enhancement magic through a combination of alchemy and nymphomancy. Its her own recipe and she's probably a little too proud of it.
