I still have nightmares from that one Sotsu scene where Mion dies. You know the one. I like to tell myself that it was just a dream, that Sotsu is not canon, but that scene still haunts me.
Mion didn't deserve any of hat, and Satoko's treatment was just unnecessarily cruel. None of the others except Rika were treated wih such cruelty and contempt as Mion there even though she is the most innocent of them all.
Seeing it for the fist time made me seethe with rage and anger towards Satoko, but thinking back on it and rewatching it just created a deep sadness in my heart and I felt hollow ever since.
