Okej, kamraty. Przyznajcie się. Co robicie dla tego fandomu? Rysujecie? Tłumaczycie dołdżiny? Obciągacie japońskim artystom na Tłiterze? Piszecie? Nagrywacie?

Co WY zrobiliście dla tołhoł?

I like Sekibanc because she's intriguing. It's that simple. She's a youkai who dislikes both youkai and humans, and yet chooses to live secretly among humans in a land filled with youkai. Why? What is she? What is her story? Why does she wear the only miniskirt in Gensokyo?

These questions make me speculate, and the time I spend thinking about her makes my fondness grow.

Junko is a canon mother.
Suwako has had "descendants," but it's unknown how they came to be.
The Watatsuki sisters are married, so you can make a wild guess.
Parsee's/Hashihime origin story involves a lover.
Sekibanki once drunk herself asleep at my place, so I pulled her panties down and put the tip in. Just the tip, though.
Tojiko no Iratsume and Mononobe no Futsuhime both have given their husbands children, according to history. Moreover, the same history says Futsuhime would have been Tojiko no Iratsume's mother. They may not, however, be the same people as Tojiko and Futo. If they are, it would also make them related by blood to the Moriya clan.

One of these is false, but the rest is completely true. It'll sharpen your mind to separate the truth from fiction.

While >>17618347 is an idiot for saying "canon" instead of "canonical art/depictions," it is a valid point. Characters have been drawn in different ways by different artists, and this is has been a part of the inconsistency within the series since ZUN first outsourced art.

It also really is stupid to argue about the varying appearances of characters whose racial traits include shape-shifting. Forbidden Scrollery, which is... er, was one of the more tightly controlled Touhou print works, even showcased Aya changing her outward appearance under consistently changing circumstances. Wings when in "Tengu uniform," no wings when snooping among humans. It makes sense she'd want to avoid drawing attention in the latter case - ergo, the wings have to go.

Now, if we were talking about Sekibanki's absence or presence of a neck... There is a more befuddling case.

No dice. I haven't done an update since three months ago, and I won't risk a reader of mine potentially spotting and chewing me out here. That is, on the off chance anyone still cares. I can't seem to, myself. Not having the best of times.

Also, grade me, motherfucker.

So what you're telling me is, there's a fairy out there who's a personification of natural reproduction?
