Somehow it sounds wrong, she looks too much like "Akari" to be conceptualised as "Akane". For me, the name "Akane" sounds like a cute fluffy young girl with chubby cheeks, big round eyes with puffy eyebags, probably blunt bangs and an urgent flustering propensity, or Akane Kudou who is sort of the opposite. Akari Mitani doesn't look like Akane. "Akari" sounds much more smug and fitting, it sounds like a violent creature that molests and kills but in a playful way unlike a vinegar based lifeform. Because her family name also sounds soft, "Akane Mitani" sounds like the name of a cute plump girl. It doesn't fit.
