Management is pretty hands-on and really protective of them. To be fair, they don't seem like they mind not having to do certain things. After the stuff that happened to ex-SG-girl Ayaka Miyoshi last year, I doubt they will ease up on that anytime soon. It is kinda sad that all the out-of-costume pics we get nowdays have been leaks.
