Gohda is the key to his/her insanity, when yasu starts to list of people she wants to kill she litearlly forces a reason to hate on gohda, it was taking the money from ushiromiya family or something like that or what we would call ,,payment,, for services he did, yasu tries to find a reason for all those people to hate on, most of her reasoning for let's say battler, natsuhi is justified, but later it's just her insanity mixed with hatred for everything that happened to her. i know it's basically what you said but more complicated but, i have once said that there should be an ending where yasu and battler life the rest of their lifes together but yasu was too damaged for that to happen anymore, she'd still find a reason to hate on battler and hurt more people in the process besides him and herself/himself
