This seems like a strange statement. Soft or hard is something that's felt beyond just your glans - it's about your entire penis. I can understand not being able to tell minute details in onaholes, but a lack of distinction between soft and hard sounds much more like a problem with death grip syndrome or similar stuff than an uncut/cut thing. I've also had input from cut guys who have told me they tried both soft and hard and how there's a difference (and how soft often still seems better in general if not looking for a quick fap).
