hard to say which is the best, but both Baldr Sky and Ikusa Megami Zero/Verita have great ammount of my favorite scenes.

pretty much every end chapter in baldr sky has some great stuff, especially fight against Eiji in Chinatsus bad end (FUCK YEAH EIJI!), against Kurihara in Nanoha route and fight against Sora and Neunzhen in Soras route were some awesome stuff.
in IM games, fight against Astrea and later Aidos was some great stuff in Zero as was the duel between Serika and Loui at tthe end of dark route in Verita, and the clusterfuck at the end of God's Graveyard and fight against Chaos dragon

as for great scenes too many to mention in those.

hmm... never paid attention to it, but yeah Kou seems to have some liking to cottages now that you mentioned it.

And yeah it was nice that BS didn't back at all on the incest theme, which is nice.
And has your dislike for Sora lessened at all? well the end parts of reminisence probably is going to lower your opinions of her again tough, untill you you get to ending parts of Soras route.
