I guess sometimes I can see what hand MIGHT be good to go for, but I never have any confidence in myself (usually cause I start drawing exactly what I don't need for the hand, and don't know how to modify the hand into something else around my draws).

Occasionally I'll get lucky with stuff like this (I was going for a Toi-Toi from about the fifth or sixth discard onwards).
