I've seen fan games with more effort put into them than 100th Black Market. For T18.5 ZUN used the same sprites, music, and stage design as he did in T18.

18.5 shouldn't exists. It feels like a quick money grab that only dilutes the fan's interest in the series. That's not to say all of the .5 games are bad. Shoot the Bullet was very unique.
