I'm unsure as to how common this opinion is but apart from one or two bad streams, Odyssey basically brought out every facet of Ame I liked.
Her shit tier entertaining gameplay, her loud and silent rage both, her enthusiasm in discovering the new environments and enemies, dumb voice changer gags, her occasional moments of triumph when she pulls out the rare hat jump and made me proud for once, her cute noises.

On one hand I'd say the levels in Galaxy are a bit harder on average if memory serves me, but on the other hand the game's main gimmick outside of the gravity is just the spin move and the levels are pretty linear. I feel like it'll be about the same if she skips the harder stars, though I'm not sure if Galaxy is any more forgiving towards those who refuse to long jump than Odyssey is.
Sunshine and 64 are the real kickers. I look forward to it either way, I really liked her Odyssey playthrough.

8/10 great stream, actual sufferingkino and hilarity ensued with plenty of comfy moments surrounding them. Ame is the funniest HoloEN.
I've really loved her Mario series personally and genuinely look forward to her next Mario playthrough.
