Anyone ever have trouble getting their tracking number from otonajp? I've been trying to contact support, but they respond so slowly and I still don't have it. I did EMS shipping and it's been almost 2 weeks, still have no clue where the package is at..
Apparently it was sent to my email before, but I never got it. Then again and still received nothing. Also there is no tracking number in my orders/dashboard, but the order shows "shipped"
