Kanata still jokes about the parrot thing. I like that she's still utilizing it to overcome anxiety in collabs. It was noticeable at the start of her MK8 practice with Okayu and Subaru, since the other two are really quick to react to each other Kanata at some points maintained presence by reiterating something either of them said and it helped her get into rhythm to keep up with them normally.

All of it made it seem like she just follows other members around. She was an ackowledged parrot long before she became a go-to collab member. Right now it's kinda hard to tell she's one of the most shy and introverted people in Hololive. But if you look at her early collabs with Coco like first ARK or Yakuza videos you can see how incredibly awkward it can get, and Coco with her retarded gaijin speech from that time doesn't help one bit.
