There's never a confirmed date. Should expect it for later this summer I guess. If the cover picture is Lostbelt trash, we'll know hope is lost again.
But I really do wonder if this'll be the third year in a row of "we're working on it" with literally no new info and a single picture of Arc.

Ah, gotcha.
Either way, keep in mind you have the manga as an alternative to the Arc and Ciel routes. It's basically a better version of those (and you should read that at least if you ever find yourself dropping Tsuki). But you will be missing out on the Far side, which is the highlight of the whole thing.
