It has nothing to do with being a "slow" board, but the format of the board. /jp/ has a completely respectable posting speed, its a top twenty 4chan board. The place we stand out is not in posts per day or number of people posting, but in threads per hour. People don't make threads. I'm not even saying this is good or bad right now, I'm just making the fucking observation, and for some reason there's people in this thread militantly intent on somehow not seeing that this is the case.

Incidentally, "crossboarder" is a term imported to /jp/ by faggots fresh from /a/ in 2012-13 who used it to arbitrarily shit on everything they didn't like for being "crossboard." No, one-off spontaneous usages in 2009 (and not even derogatory ones, that) you managed to dig out of the archive don't mean shit. I'm talking about when the term entered the common vernacular.
