Any word on the part 4 translations yet?

Just finished Real route. So, Masteries don't actually do anything? And is the Super route different enough to be worth replaying for? I'm kinda pissed you never get Sacchin permanently in Real. I waited for her ;_;

Also, having upgrade points come from a global pool is goddamn crazy. My Haruna has maxed Mag. What the hell.

Please help, Anonymous. I downloaded a prepatched version (

) but I can't get it to work.

It has two executables, config and bmw. bmw launches a Battle Moon Wars window but that window is completely black and does nothing. config opens a dialog box with 2 sets of radio buttons, but regardless of the combination chosen, nothing happens.
Applocale refuses to run either in Japanese.

What should I do? I'm reluctant to delete it and find another torrent, because I've already wasted so much time downloading this one.
