A question to the thread as a whole:
>Are naRRATives a integral part of /hlgg/'s discourse?

Personally, for all the hell they raise, I believe that they are essential for the discourse of the thread during dead hours.

I know that stance will get me my share of "ogey" and "shut it fag" replies but let me ask you a question: What else can we discuss during deadhours?
If >we are without a stream or tweet to simulate conversation, should we fall into the same patterns of mindless image or ritual posting as our cousin, /hlg/? What is wrong with theory/RRAT posting if it is purely speculative? They made for good springboards for replies and, when original, are a good source of entertainment.

My theory for the lack of discussion on Ninomae Ina'nis goes as follows: The lack of discourse concerning Ninomae Ina'nis is primarily due to the consistently level headed nature of both her and her content.

Namely, Ninomae doesn't exhibit the same fluctuations in personality or behavior that birth the extended discussion Anons have over others in her generation.

Ninomae rarely has exaggerated outbursts of emotions that others, such as Kiara, exhibit in their streams. Outside of being very clipable on their own, which generate posts and discussions outside of this site, these outbursts also add variety to the stream and draw the attention of the viewer's to the stream at hand. The almost inert nature her streams is, in my mind, the main reason for Ninomae's content almost always being characterized as "comfy" as it has few events within that would cause a viewer's state to change suddenly.

The stability of the content is also reflected in the personality of the streamer herself. Ninomae has a very even tone and manner of speaking, she giggles instead of cackling, she simply raises her voice instead of shouting, she takes a somber tone instead of sobbing. Understated and subtle, although in no way negatives as personality traits, these traits don't lend themselves to explosive or extended conversations amongst viewers in the same way Mori's dorkiness or Amelia's gremlin-like nature does.

Overall, i'd relate Ninomae's content to a straight line with the occasional bump or depression while someone like Gura, who acts in a variety of different ways and possess a more exaggerated persona, to a fluctuating wave that has far deeper, higher, and more numerous peaks and troughs. The more varied graph obviously generating more discussion. Without the discernable peaks or troughs in her behavior and content that her other genmates display it's easy to see why she is does not generate the same buzz as others.

None of this is to say that Ina is in any way inferior to her genmates, its simply to point out why she lacks a presence, or is jokingly "forgotten" about. I simply wanted to stretch my essay writing fingers for a bit about a idol and phenomenon I hold close to my heart.
