Even if you don't put all of them into your deck right away to concentrate on more common terms or whatever, you should at least make a list or note of each of them to come back to later, especially if they appear again later in the game. We never know, from the outside, what terms are most common or least common under specific cases in another culture, so don't be dismissive and, more importantly, don't be scared.
