Kasen is level headed, and we have NEVER seen her drunk. She shows oni are more human like, not all of them being alcoholics.

In order to show off the results of her drinking skills to her buddy the best she would have to exercise to keep her stomach and the rest of her body from fattening up in places due to all the wines and beers she must keep running down her throat since her belly would show the nicest if the rest of her body stayed as skinny and in shape as it is. A traditional beergut wouldn't be much of her liking either since it doesn't show all the bulging going on with it that well either.

The drinking would not be the problem because that could be bargained on, it's that she doesn't seem to care to limit her strength and doesn't really respect anyone too much aside from Reimu.
