E-3 is as bad as E-6, because you clear essentially every time and you still don't get jack shit apart from endless carriers and Hamakaze, while your buckets and baux slowly hemorrhages away. It's another type of suffering, in that your successes mean nothing because ultimately victory is up to a dice roll you can do nothing about past S-ranking it.

And then once in a while you get that critical fail where your fleet can't even kill everyone.
