Is shuffle essence+ fully translated?

Ok, so i just downloaded Shuffle! Essence+
Which route should I choose? And, is Kaede actually a yandere? if that's true, then i'm gonna skip her route.

So is this it? Is Shuffle Essence the last major shuffle release? or are they planning more spinoffs for the other girls? Shuffle is one of may favorite VNs and I don't mind them making more but I would hate to see the franchise milked to death.
