Digitizing a photobook requires some to actually dismantle/ruin their actual book, then scanning and color-correcting/etc the images. So bit more involved than simply ripping a DVD/BD.

Photo sets are bit easier to track down online. Generally if you find a pic from a set, you can reverse image search it, to usually find the rest of them. bobx is sometimes good for finding photos for certain gravure idols. But I've seen a few other sites that actually have the photosets organized properly, just can't think of any at the moment.
