Retail is 4,000 yen, tan Cirno is probably the cheapest on the market since it's the newest one, see >>23790401 You can probably purchase it w/ shipping + proxy for $60 - 70. Her V2 and V1 fumos are also fairly common, you can usually find them retailing at about $80 - $110 without shipping and proxy, but I wouldn't pay more than $90 unless you're desperate. Just don't ask abou the Deka Cirno. Here's what I paid for mine, a V1 about six months ago.
