A high School sports star, popular with girls and dudes alike, has a beautiful and loving gf, with a really bright future about to be handed to him. He's had a past of bullying others but is starting to mature, and is just about to graduate. He starts wondering if he's just been doing whats expected of him all his life and if he really wants the full ride to a prestigious University to play as their star athlete, when by some miracle he's dropped in Gensokyo. He has to get by on his charisma and completely ordinary human strength to combat a supernaturally powered villain who appeared at the same time as him.

The villain would be a bitter, lonely NEET who came upon some object of great power and used it to get to Gensokyo, and begins using his powers to cause chaos through violence and potentially sexual assault. He would begin hoping he could live a calm life and be happy away from the outside world he hated, but slowly succumbs to the draw of power and control he could exert on the world he was brought to.

The story would switch points of view between the protagonist and antagonist, and it would eventually be revealed that the jock and NEET were from the same school in the Outside World. Jock MC had bullied the NEETbad in the past and is blamed for causing NEET's life to go to shit, only making NEET villain's antics even worse after they meet.

Another important piece is NEET's advantage of being a huge Touhou fan, using his official knowledge (and mistaking some fanon interpretations of characters as truth) to create havoc for Gensokyo and jock MC alike. Jock MC has to depend on his bonds with the residents and learn about the world personally without preconceived notions to stop NEETbad before he shatters the border and takes his influence into the outside world.

Just kind of spat out what I could think of without refining any of it but I grew kind of attached to the idea after writing it.
