Disagree, seiji is a maso buttslut not a bloodslut. We coulda had one route where seiji is completely degraded and another where daichi is gyaku ryona'd as a sort of "revenge" but nope the writers just wanted seiji to become cum receptacle twice. Look at how cute his face is, I'm so bummed I couldn't see more of this.
