I've actually had my top teeth removed, and with that came near periodic infections in my jaw. This caused a foul-smelling, and I do mean quite putrid, odor in my mouth for several weeks a year at the very least. I'd be lying if I said that I did not fetishize my waifu with the putrid odor, fantasizing that her body was the one that was stinking so much and that that was what was invading my nostrils on a near-daily basis. The thought of an anon smelling his farts and imagining it came from his waifu is disgusting, don't get me wrong, but I think I can understand the appeal involved, as when I smell the putrid/rotten smell of my jaw bones decaying, I imagine it to be coming from the inside of my sandworm waifu, or my shoggoth. So I get where you're coming from, I really do, but maybe try explaining it in a less autistic way? Like "when I smell my armpits, I like to imagine it's the stench of my waifu" or something like that.
