I'm a lot more partial to non-BL/otome characters so I have trouble trying to come up with a solid 3x3 with related LIs desu. A few are probably placeholders for now as I go through my untranslated VN backlog.

Good ones. Berserk was my favorite manga as a teenager so Guts holds a special place in my heart. I'm the anon who asked for 3x3s here ages ago so even though yours isn't /blog/ related, it's really fun to see people here show their non-/blog/ tastes regardless desu.
