It's hard to pick, Anastasia is Yuugi-tier, and Lithos looks so ridiculous it's on par with Okuu.

Biotopos is a little boring, she didn't even have a bomb move in the final encounter.

Aya is exceptionally good in those fields, sure you can use a Reimu barrier, but Aya's doesn't need a bomb, sure you can use Nitori's stuff to heighten evasion, but Aya is so much better.

However if I need my party to go first, I think I'd just put Aya as my commander, maybe give her a Soul item to boost her bombs. Remember, you're probably going to rely on Aya in the three-way party split and the final encounter.
