That would involve doing so before one shadow is summoned at all, as it only takes one to defend her.
Rin only managed to run in after Sakura stopped attacking from futility, then used a surprise attack. Lancelot is not fast enough to bypass a single-action spell before she can react at all, as that's all it takes to summon one.

Absolutely incorrect. She survived a barrage of Gate of Babylon with no protection, and regenerated nearly instantly. She's equivalently as strong or stronger than her shadows, defensively: that black "clothing" all over her IS the Shadow itself defending her.
Angra Mainyu will not allow its master to die easily, and will protect her from almost any threat. Furthermore, even touching the Shadow is instantaneous defeat for a Servant.

You people realize that Caster, Assassin, Berserker, and Rider were TAILOR MADE TO NEVER WIN THE GRAIL, right?

Saber, Archer, and Lancer. These are the three that "belong" to the three families, Einzbern, Tohsaka, and Matou. They're MEANT to be the stronger ones, the others are MEANT to be useless in most/all situations. The people who literally made the war NEVER intended for anyone other than the three families to win the grail.

Really, OP was underestimating what "unlimited supply of mana" bestows.

Caster could contain a nuke in a barrier. She could also nuke the entire planet earth.
