The protagonist is the reason she gets kidnapped and has horrible stuff done to her.
The protagonist refuses to go save her despite the fact that it would be fairly simple to do. (Although admittedly, the very reason she was kidnapped in the first place was to try to lure the protagonist out, still, what a dick move, at least the protagonist feels really bad about it later)
The protagonist then kills her brother who is just desperately trying to save her.
The protagonist never shows up to save her, so she has horrible done stuff to her and then gets thrown out of a moving car.

The whole series of scenes was just horrible for a lot of reasons, one of the few times where a VN has made me feel really awful. This CG happens after she manages to escape her captors. It's suddenly all very hopeful because she's found a way out, they're right behind her but she's going to make it. The hatch won't open. It's not even a way out. Fuck you.

It wasn't just rage, it was a whole rainbow of colorful feelings. Despair, agony, frustration, anger. It just kept going on and on, scene after scene. I have never felt this with another VN. It just ended in one big, "WHAT THE FUCK? WHAT THE FUCK! WHY?"

This was the worst fucking series of scenes. Just remembering it is making me go, "OH GOD WHY." It just wouldn't FUCKING END IT JUST KEPT GETTING WORSE AND FUCKING WORSE AND WHY WON'T IT STOP THIS IS THE WORST PAIN IMAGINABLE

Fuck this sequence of events.
