When did Ushio turn from a girl, into a woman?

I raised her from level 1 to 75, kai ni, fully modernized, but never during that entire time did I think of her as anything but a child. Ushio was a daughter type that I should raise and protect. Never did I notice any feminine charm, she was just a child to me.

But now, I can't stop thinking of her, not as a ship daughter, but as a woman.
What happened?

I feel so guilty having these thoughts.
