I think there was a shift when pic related happened. The people shitting on kiara recoiled in horror knowing what type of people they were associating with by doing what they did, and KFP rallied around the idea that the people who put in the effort to shit on her are literally all the buzzwords. It didn't help that they kept finding confirmation for this idea. The lolcow threads with roasties fuming about her, the actual literal underaged SEA posters, finding out how common schizophrenia is in SEA... It just keeps happening, and threads like these reinforce this idea even more.
