Since the janitor has gone AWOL since last night, I think I might just let it all out.

It's been 5 or so years since I graduated from high school and I havem't even been able to complete a single semester of higher education. I've attended three different universities, pursuing just as many majors but I can't seem to find anything I'd like to do. I end up getting frustrated and just stop going to classes and "forgetting" to sign up the next semester. I know I could really make something out of my life if I tried but I have absolutely no motivation to do anything. I had a job once, too. I made good money despite not having a degree but it was horrible.

I'm not really bothered by being a "failure at life" but it really hurts me to see what I'm doing to my parents. I try to make myself feel better by helping out around the house but it only helps for a little while... a temporary drug, if you will.

There goes my day. Damn it...

Maybe next semester I'll do something with my life.

I'm not saying I'd be happy having a job or going back to school but I feel pretty bad when I think about what I'm doing to my parents. They deserve better.

Perhaps next semester I'll do something about my life.
