It's basically primal instincts at work. The prospect of having easy, casual unprotected sex with a horny woman is a turn on.

BUT there's also no real intrinsic relational or emotional value to a horny woman who has lots of sex with guys. It's kind of like a much more attractive and seductive public onahole - the fact that you can freely use it might be a turn on, but the fact that ANYONE can use it is a turn off if you're in rational thinking mode and not horny mode.

Basically easy, casual, non-committal sex = good for satisfying immediate desires part of your brain

but woman who has sex with anything that moves = turn off in part of your brain that wants an actually stable mate. Probably not someone you'd want to put a ring on.

It's evolution and testosterone saying if you can have sex with an easy woman go for it (because you might make babies), but you shouldn't form any actual emotional attachment (bad long-term partner that's slept with 50 million dudes)
