More perfect is exactly right. It's a little hard to explain, but imagine a cone. At the bottom, the circumference is a set value, and the circumference gets lower the higher you go. So what's the circumference at the top? Well, in the physical world, there's a limit for how low the circumference of a physical object can be. But metaphysically, it would go on forever, making the top infinitely tiny. That top represent perfection, it's so beyond what we can see, so technically it doesn't exist to us. But we can imagine the concept, imperfectly. That's the level 2D is at, it's as close we get to this perfect point. On the bottom is 3D, which doesn't even come close, the physical world is way too limited.

There are many things that are intuitive and aesthetically pleasing to us even though we don't encounter them in the physical world. The concept of a girl with a penis is definitely one of these things.
