mine wasnt a government auction, maybe ruka claimed that when i said his detached house was impossibly cheap for being in a tokyo suburb. mine was cheap but because it needed incredibly expensive renovations just to be liveable and the building was really old

last pic of my tiny-ass kitchen. kinda isn't great for elaborate meals but its enough to do basic stuff and i love gas ranges i never could use electric

it literally takes me 10 minutes for the entire place with a wet swiffer. another perk of living small. same with dishes i only have a few and just wash them by hand so they never pile up
