Management is so dumb. Ikuta is gone, so they should replace her with someone else. Since Ikuta is a halfie, they should replace her with another halfie. I think Nina would suit that role. She would make Nogizaka more similar to Sakurazaka (because Sakurazaka is like Nogizaka 1st Gen; Nina is also very similar to Nogizaka 1st Gens).
Doing so could mean Sakamichi could finally stop doing Handshake events and Concerts and focus on the most important thing- fashion contracts. General public likes idols for modeling charisma and not boring idol activities like variety
