I know what you mean, I'm still looking for a satellite quest (is it even possible?). Just recently I got a blood golem one within my range (578 effective dominate), most of the ones I've seen were 600-700 which is still too high for me, I also saw a gold armor one at 700.

Considering my character is female too, I like to imagine she uses the "mutation" spell to add a certain part to do that. Though that spell is actually for alias changing.
