Don't get me wrong, I like Inaba, and it's funny, but find it ironic how you tell me I can't be taken seriously when I say things like THIS actually happen.

Mokou genuinely dislikes the girl. Though I wouldn't say she HATES her, but as >>7743986 said, Kaguya irritates her, and her overall impression is that she avoids Kaguya. CiaLR left of a similar impression, but leaves a clear message that Mokou hated Kaguya at some point.
Putting all this together, I really doubt Mokou would go out of her way to fight Kaguya out of nowhere. And daily. I think it was due to the lighthearted nature of Inaba that made her do it, and out of character.
It would make much more sense if their fued was along the lines of, Kaguya gets a sort of delight and sends people to kill her- Mokou puts up with the assassins, and this perpetuates their 'conflict'.
